1. These Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Four North Stockholm AB, company registration number 559232-4338, Sköldungagatan 7, 114 27 Stockholm, Sweden, (hereinafter referred to as “Vogue Scandinavia”, "us" or ”we”), via the website voguescandianvia.com (the “Platform”). These Terms shall apply to all products sold on the Platform as well as any Subscriptions (defined below) (“Products”). These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide Products to you, how both parties may change or end an agreement entered with us, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. By using the Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”) and to our User Terms . By placing the order on the Platform, you also confirm that you have read and understood the complete Terms.


When you place an order, we recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference.


The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18, and such users are expressly prohibited from purchasing Products, or registering for an account; hence, by taking such actions you guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Processing of personal data

We are the data controller for the processing of your personal data for the processing activities under our agreement. You can find more information about how we handle personal data in our Privacy Policy.


4. Agreement conclusion

To enter into a purchase agreement with us regarding Products you will need to accept these Terms, our User Terms, and our Privacy Policy. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an email confirming your order (“Order Confirmation”), at which point a contract will be established between you and us. It is therefore essential that the contact details you have provided are correct and up to date. The Terms, together with your Order Confirmation will constitute the contractual documentation for your purchase of Products. Vouge Scandinavia’s Terms will also be available in the Order Confirmation.


If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Product. This might be because the Product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits of our resources, which we could not reasonably plan for or foresee, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the Product, because your payment method has been declined, because the delivery address you have provided is not a valid shipping address or because shipping restrictions apply. We disclaim all liability if we are unable to accept your order.


We will assign an order number to your order and enclose it when we send you the Order Confirmation. It will help us if you provide your order number to us whenever you contact us regarding issues about your order or the Products.


In the event prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Platform to fail, your selection of Products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of Products. Please note that items in your shopping basket and on your wish list are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers up until the point of the completion of the transaction.


5. Registration

When placing an order on the Platform, you may be offered the option to register with us, and will be required to complete certain required fields on an order form in order to do so. In some instances, you need to register with us in order to gain access to you Products/Subscriptions.


We may provide you with and/or ask you to use identifications and passwords and other means for you to be able to access certain areas of the Platform, such as the “my account” section. When we do so, it is on the condition that you shall be responsible for ensuring that such details are always kept secure and confidential. In connection with this, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you can find here


You agree to comply with all security directions and/or recommendations given by us and inform us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account details or if your account details become available to an unauthorised party. Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, we may suspend your access to the Platform without liability to you if, in our reasonable opinion, such action is necessary for safeguarding the Platform or our other customers.


6. Our Products


6.1 Background

Vogue Scandinavia offers a variety of Products consisting of single purchases of our issues/magazines as well as other products appearing on the Platform. We also offer different subscriptions where you receive and pay for recurrent deliveries of our issues in print and/or digital versions of our magazine during a specified period subject to the terms and conditions herein (“Subscription”). Your Subscription will commence on the date of the Order Confirmation, or any later date specified in the Order Confirmation.


We offer the following Subscriptions on our Platform:

  • Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription (fixed term);
  • Digital Society Only Subscription (fixed term);
  • Digital Society Only Subscription (monthly); and
  • Print Magazine Only Subscription


Further conditions for the Subscriptions are set out below:


6.2 Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription (fixed term)

The Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription commence on the order date of your Order Confirmation and runs for a fixed term.


With the Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription you will get physical copies of the latest published issue of the Vogue Scandinavia magazine on the order date as well as the subsequent five (5) issues, all delivered to your designated address or other specified delivery point. Additionally, during 12 months from the Order Confirmation, the Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription also gives you access to the Platform where you can access all digital versions of all issues of the Vogue Scandinavia magazine and digital articles and videos released by Vogue Scandinavia. This Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription may also encompass any gifts and/or special offers as presented to you when placing the order on the Platform.


The Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription will be automatically renewed for six (6) additional issues and 12 additional months of Digital Society access (counted from the date you signed up for the Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription according to the Order Confirmation) unless you terminate your Subscription at the latest 30 days after receiving the sixth issue of your then current Subscription.


How to pay

By purchasing this Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription, you agree to a pre-payment for every term in accordance with the payment method registered when placing the order, unless the Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription is terminated in accordance with these Terms. This means that you will be billed recurringly for any renewal fees. Any applicable payment method is presented to you when placing the order on the Platform.


Cancellation

To cancel the Digital Society & Print Magazine Subscription, please contact our customer service through the contact details presented below.


6.3 Digital Society Only Subscription (fixed term)

The Digital Society Only Subscription commence on the order date of your Order Confirmation and runs for a fixed period of 12 months whereby the term will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods unless you provide written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.


The Digital Society Only Subscription grants you access to the Platform where you can access all digital versions of all issues of the Vogue Scandinavia magazine and digital articles and videos released by Vogue Scandinavia. The Digital Society Only Subscription may also contain any gifts and offers as presented to you when placing the order on the Platform.


How to pay

By purchasing this Digital Society Only Subscription, you agree to a pre-payment for every 12-month period in accordance with the payment method registered when placing the order, unless the Digital Society Only Subscription is terminated in accordance with these Terms. This means that you will be billed recurringly for any renewal fees. Any applicable payment method is presented to you when placing the order on the Platform.


Cancellation

To cancel the Digital Society Only Subscription, please contact our customer service through the contact details presented below.


6.4 Digital Society Only Subscription (monthly)

The Digital Society Only Subscription term is 30 days and will automatically renew for successive 30-day periods unless you provide a written notice of termination at least one day before the current term expires.


The Digital Society Only Subscription grants you access to all digital issues of the Vogue Scandinavia magazine and digital articles and videos released by Vogue Scandinavia on the Platform during the Subscription term.


How to pay

You authorize us to automatically charge your designated payment method on a monthly basis on the start date of your Digital Society Only Subscription and each subsequent month thereafter, until you cancel your Digital Society Only Subscription.


Cancellation

To cancel this Digital Society Only Subscription, you must provide notice of termination at least one day before the end of the current monthly billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in the Digital Society Only Subscription automatically renewing, and you will be charged for the subsequent month. 6.5 Print Magazine Only Subscription (fixed term)

The Print Magazine Only Subscription commence on the order date of your Order Confirmation and runs for a fixed term.


With the Print Magazine Only Subscription you will get physical copies of the latest published issue of the Vogue Scandinavia magazine on the order date as well as the subsequent five (5) issues, all delivered to your designated address or other specified delivery point.


The Print Magazine Only Subscription will be automatically renewed for six (6) additional issues unless you terminate your Subscription at the latest 30 days after receiving the sixth issue of your then current Subscription


How to pay

By purchasing this Print Magazine Only Subscription, you agree to a pre-payment for every term in accordance with the payment method registered when placing the order, unless the Print Magazine Only Subscription is terminated in accordance with these Terms. This means that you will be billed recurringly for any renewal fees. Any applicable payment method is presented to you when placing the order on the Platform.


Cancellation

To cancel the Print Magazine Only Subscription, please contact our customer service through the contact details presented below.


6.6 Disclaimer of warranties

When subscribing to and/or purchasing our Products, the information you provide to us must be accurate and complete. If any of your information changes at a later date, it is your responsibility to ensure that you keep us up to date of such changes. If we incur any costs as a result of your incorrect or incomplete information, we may pass those costs onto you. We will not be responsible for failure to deliver any Products if the details you have supplied us with are incorrect.


The images of the Products on our Platform are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Your Product may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of the Product may vary from that shown in images on our Platform.


7. Delivery

Products are delivered to you using the delivery option you select at the checkout. You will find more information about your delivery options in there. Your order will then be shipped to you from our warehouse after you receive your Order Confirmation, or at another date as specified in the Order Confirmation.


We will deliver the Products to the address (or other specified delivery point) you notified to us when you placed your order on the Platform. When you subscribe, your Subscription generally starts with the latest published issue of the Vogue Scandinavia magazine, however, if that issue is unavailable, Vogue Scandinavia reserves the right to begin your Subscription with the next available issue, which will be sent to the address you provided to us (or other specified delivery point).


The costs of the delivery will be as displayed to you on our Platform when placing your order. During the order process, we will let you know when you can expect the delivery of your Product. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information regarding the shipping of Products.


If our supply of the Product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided that we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your purchase and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received (this is not applicable for a Subscription that runs for a fixed term but only for a specific Product).


Please note that a Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you gave us (or other specified delivery point). Once a Product has been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Product shall pass to you. The ownership of the Product will pass to you once we have received payment in full.


If Products are uncollected from your delivery point and subsequently returned, you will be responsible for covering shipping, administration, and Vogue Scandinavia's other costs associated with these uncollected Products. If your Product is not picked up by you and returned to us, and you wish to have it resent you will have to pay shipping according to the tariff for your location. In such instances we will inform you before we create any order or invoices, so you have a choice whether to accept the charges or not.


8. Suspension of Products

Please be aware that we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the provision of a Product you have paid for in order to address technical issues, implement minor technical adjustments, or comply with relevant laws and regulations. Should we suspend or cancel a Product or Subscription, we will provide advance notification, except in cases of urgency or emergency. In the event of a permanent suspension, we will adjust the pricing to ensure you are not charged for the suspended Products or Subscriptions.


9. Cancellation of Subscription

Any Subscription can be cancelled by you subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. To cancel your Subscription, please let us know by emailing us on the following e-mail address customerservice@voguescandinavia.com, providing your name, home address, order number, your phone number and email address. We reserve the right to cancel your Subscription or cancel your purchase of a Product at any time by notifying you via e-mail if:

(a) your payment method is declined; or
(b) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Products to you.


10. Price and Payment


10.1 General

The price of the Product (which includes VAT) will be the price presented to you on the order pages when you placed your order on the Platform. Please note that the price for delivery of the Products will be displayed separately on the order page. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the Product prices we communicate to you. However, if an error in pricing is identified for a Product you have ordered, please refer to the following procedure.


If the rate of VAT changes between your order date (date according to the Order Confirmation) and the date we supply the Product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.


Please be aware that despite our meticulous efforts, occasional pricing errors for the Products on the Platform may occur. Typically, we verify prices before confirming your order. If the correct price of a Product at the time of your order is lower than what was initially stated, we will charge you the lower amount. Equally, if the correct price is higher than what was stated, we will reach out to you for further instructions before finalizing your order.


10.2 Payment options

Payment for the Product takes place in connection with the order if you have not chosen to pay by invoice or another payment method that allows later payment. Vogue Scandinavia offers you to choose one of the following payment methods when purchasing Products on the Platform:


(a) Apple Pay
(b) Google Pay
(c) Klarna
(d) Debit Card
(e) PayPal
(f) QuickPay


You can choose the payment methods when you are completing the transaction on the Platform. Please be aware that the third-party service providers mentioned above may have their own terms and conditions for their payment services, which could apply to your transactions on the Platform.
If you have opted for a payment method that permits later payment, such as invoice payment, you may be subject to a credit check, for which you will receive notification in conjunction with the credit inquiry.


10.3 Debit Card

You enter your payment details when you place the order by using a valid debit card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the debit card, that there is room for debiting the value of the Products and that your address information is correct. We reserve the right to refuse purchases of Products as a result of these checks if necessary.


11. Returns


11.1 General

We only accept withdrawals for Products under the conditions specified in these Terms. If you attempt to return a Product without having the right to do so, we may need to send the item back to you and request that you cover the delivery costs incurred for Vogue Scandinavia.


According to national legislation you have the right to cancel your purchase of a Product or a Subscription by giving a notice of this to us within 14 days from the day you receive the physical Product in your possession, or if your purchase is a digital Subscription, 14 days from when you receive you Order Confirmation.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal regarding a Subscription for the provision of digital content, you must immediately refrain from using the digital content and from making this available to others.


11.2 How to return a Product

If you want to return a Product, please email our customer service using the email address: customerservice@voguescandinavia.com and notify us that you will withdraw from your purchase and provide all the details surrounding your order. The email must include the following information:


(a) Your name and address
(b) Order number
(c) Customer number
(d) Email address


You can also use the “standard form” for exercising the right of withdrawal developed by the Swedish Consumer Agency which you can find here, or the standard form found below in Section 13 in these Terms, or the standard form provided to you in your Order Confirmation.


After you have followed the instructions above you must return the Product to us within 14 days from the date you notified us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. You may return the Product to us by either using an accompanying return slip that came in your package or through sending it to our address for returns stated below.


The Product must be sent well packaged, in good and original condition and in the original box. The seal of the magazine's package must not be broken in cases of returns. Returned clothing must be unwashed and unworn with no discernible marks and with labels and hangtags attached. You are responsible for the condition of the Product after you have received the Product, as well as during the return to us. Your responsibility for the Product expires when we have received the item. You must always save the delivery receipt when returning the Product.

11.3 Delivery costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to pay for the return shipping, unless otherwise stated. Please note that if a free gift has been received, the gift must be returned to us alongside with the Product, to receive the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


11.4 Refunds

When returning a Product, you will receive a complete refund for the returned Products. Once your Product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of your Product and/or Subscription. We refund the amount paid by you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date you notified us that you wanted to cancel your purchase. However, we may wait to refund any amount until we have received the Product, or until you have shown that the Product has been returned, for example by a return receipt containing a tracking number. The refund will be processed through the payment method you selected at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon, or if there are obstacles preventing such a refund.

11.5 Deductions from refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we may reduce your refund to account for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling the Products in a manner not allowed in a store. Alternatively, if a Product is returned to us worn, used, damaged, or in an unsaleable condition, we may be unable to issue a refund and may need to return the Product to you, requesting that you cover the delivery costs.


If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, for example, if we suspect that you are wearing and returning Products or ordering and returning unusual volumes of Products, we may suspend your access to the Platform without liability to you if, in our reasonable opinion, such action is necessary for safeguarding the Platform. If you believe your account has been mistakenly suspended or have any complaints regarding returns or refunds, please get in touch with us. Contact us via email.


12. Complaints

If you receive defective Products, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act you are entitled to complain about defective Products within three years. However, you must always notify us within a reasonable time after you have discovered that the Products are defective. If we also consider the Products to be defective (after your notification), we will make a full refund including shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 working days. If you attempt to file a complaint regarding a Product without having the right to do so, we may need to send it back to you and request that you cover any delivery costs incurred.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may unilaterally update and/or amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect at the earliest 30 days after the changes have been notified to you by being made available on our Platform or in another clear manner. If we make material changes to the Terms, you as a subscriber have the right to cancel your Subscription prematurely, the Subscription will then end when the changes come into force. Your continued use of the Platform and Subscription after we post any changes to the Terms signifies your agreement to any such changes. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the Subscription.


15. Affiliate Links

In the event that the Platform contains external affiliated links, Vogue Scandinavia disclaims all liability for the content, security, purchases and/or processing of your personal data that takes place on these websites.


16. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the Platform shall be limited to the total price of your order.


We are not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity. We are also not responsible for failure to deliver the Products or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms, where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.


We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products including the right to receive Products which are: as described and match information we provided to you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective Products.


We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. If you use the Products for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.


17. Other Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company and/or organisation.


This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.


Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.


If we do not immediately require you to fulfil your obligations under these Terms, or if we delay taking action against you for breaching this contract, it does not mean you are exempt from those obligations. We still reserve the right to take action against you at a later date.


18. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. All disputes concerning the application of these Terms, and all other disputes arising out of these Terms, shall be finally settled by a Swedish general court, whereby the District Court of Stockholm shall be the first instance.


If you are a customer residing in Sweden, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (“ARN”), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in ARN’s dispute resolution and follow ARN's recommendations.


You can also send your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform). The ODR platform offers out-of-court dispute resolution for consumers and traders within the EU regarding online goods purchases.
